Estate Administration Services

Administration is the process of settling the estate of a loved one, which goes through the court managed process of probate if there is no existing trust.

The steps involved in administering an estate include:

• The appointment of a Personal Reprentative (if a will exists) or an Administrator (if it doesn’t)

• Provide oversight of the inventory and appraisal of estate assets by the Personal Representative or Administrator

• Payment of estate and gift tax

• Notificaiton to heirs

• Distribution of assets to heirs

• Sale of estate assets

• Administration of trusts
